CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 24hr notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Please understand that when you forget or cancel appointments without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance via email because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, if your email isn't checked regularly, your email has changed, or the reminder has gone to your spam filter, it is still the responsibility of the client to know when your appointment is so you can avoid late arrivals or no show/cancellation fee. Services are guaranteed and reserved for every client therefore, 50% of your service payment is required for most services. * Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment client is subjected to be charged 100% of service. **Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. ** ONLY for sessions 20 minutes or more (EXCLUDING ANY BROW SERVICE) will we honor a 10 minute grace period. Sessions 20 minutes or LESS (i.e. ANY BROW SERVICE underarm, lip etc.) will not be serviced! Effective immediately, after minute 11, you will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee (due to speed for courtesy of next guest) I will still service you if time permits. Note:THERE IS A CAMERA AT THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING REINFORCED WITH TIMESTAMPS! Habitually rescheduling, arriving late, or missing appointments will subject a client not being able to return.
